Refund policy
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please request a return in writing via email or whatsapp. Provide the invoice number, items that you want to return and the reason for return.
• Return shipping against orders that were incorrectly executed will be for the expense of Cabglass.
• Return shipping against orders that were correctly executed will be for the expense of the Customer.
• Handling fees may be charged against orders correctly executed to cover expenses incurred, (up to 30%).
• Any returns must be approved by Cabglass management.
• Breakage protection is optional and is offered with every quote. Breakage protection covers against any damage during transit. Replacement items will be dispatched at the expense of Cabglass immediately upon approval. Conditions apply.
Conditions for Breakage protection
• Breakage protection is only available on orders where the shipping is arranged by Cabglass.
• Damages must be reported immediately upon arrival of the courier. Damages must be noted on the waybill and counter-signed by the courier driver.
• Breakage protection is optional and expires upon acceptance of the goods. Please inspect the goods before you accept them.
• Breakage protection is offered on our quotes and is entirely optional.
• Cover will be in place once the payment is received for the breakage protection.
